FLANGED PIER

In flanged scaffolding (Wedged Pier) systems, connections can be made from eight directions.
48X3mm. strut and 48X3mm. horizontal connections are produced from black pipe.
Lower adjustment shaft, sheet metal plank, pipe clamp elements with moving head are used.
The system is used as facade scaffolding or formwork scaffolding. It consists of vertical and horizontal elements.
The connection points consist of flange, dovetail and wedge.
Lower adjustment shafts are used to level the floor, and 4-way and U-headed upper adjustment shafts are used to level the floor-beam bottom.
Vertical elements are 48X3mm as standard. horizontal elements are 48X3mm. It is produced from standard pipes subjected to mechanical tests.
Automatic gas metal arc welding machines are used in our productions.
